Welcome to Employee Self Service!

Note: Chrome is the preferred browser for accessing Employee Self Service.

First-Time Users:

 Click Log In at the top right corner of this screen.

  • default username: your first initial, middle initial, last name
  • default password: last 4 digits of your social security number

 To keep your data secure, you will be immediately prompted to change your password and provide a password hint before you can view any of your information. Provide a hint that allows you to easily remember your password. Your new password must meet the following criteria:

  • minimum of 8 characters
  • contains at least 1 upper case letter and at least 1 lower case letter.
  • contains at least 1 special character.

Munis Employee Self Service (ESS) is a web-based and/or mobile application that allows our employees to privately access select personal and payroll information. Some features and information available through ESS:

 Personal Information:

  • view and update your address, email, personal and work phone numbers.
  • view and update your emergency contact information.

Pay and Tax Information:

  • view year-to-date gross earnings and print check stubs.
  • view and print W-2 information
  • view and update W-4 withholding information.
  • view total compensation package (earnings + benefit costs)

 Time Off Information:

  • view available leave balances (up to the last pay period)
